Four syllables is hardly excessive for "Kyocera". In Japanese, it takes six syllables to say "McDonald's", and that's if you skip the apostrophe "s". Whatever the accepted English pronunciation of "Kyocera" ends up being, it won't sound as bad as Fujitsu.
BTW, for those who wonder where the name is from, Kyocera used to be called Kyoto Ceramics.
