DELL looks to have very good support around 40.
I usually compare the current prem w/ its theoretical value based on historical volatility. and for DELL, the prems are just average.
Also it depends on how long you plan on holding them, but I would go for the JAN00 rather than FEB00 due to seasonality of computer hardware stocks to sell of after the new year.

I'm more conservative. I sold DELL Feb 35's yesterday at 1.1875.
