I am looking at my proxyvote form(one of them, cuz Q in multiple accnts); says vote is 12/20 for holders as of 11/17....
#1-Increase shares from 300mill to....3billion?

Is 4 times 300mill=3bill?
I don't remember this being mentioned on the thread before, possibly because it is insignificant, but seems like a large increase in share #. Any significance for the average Joe like me?

Well, we're off to a poor start this morn due to the markets inability to understand a simple 10Q(CSCO). The Q is down to 411 in pre-market.
