Jim, Good move! The fact that a path to a $100 Sideware stock price just got better should be a comfort to you. NoelP on SH reports from the e commerce show in NY that news is pending. While this is good, the best thing NoelP said was that Sideware is not representing Dr Bean as CRM software. Marie was quoted as saying that Dr Bean is CSR today. As new modules are added they will take on the CRM role.

This is to me the best news to date! As I have said before my largest fear is one of integration into business process. CRM has far reaching impact into the business model. CRM is, by definition, not Band-Aid, shrink-wrap software. The fact that Sideware would say that Dr. Bean is CSR software underscores that they understand the tough lessons from fiascoes like the IBM/Hearsey e commerce failure. This indicates to me that in addition to good management and technical capabilities, they are not hype prone or suffer from delusions that would keep them from attaining the ranks of their competitors such as SILK. Instead they chose to gradually gain partner and market position. Just what the Dr. ordered!

Realize that Sideware's competitors are in the $2 to $5 billion market capitalization level. As Sideware takes their position as respected competition, this would indicate a future $40 to $100 stock price, given Sideware's current float. All that is required by the market is that Sideware be acknowledged as real competitors for these price levels to begin to be attained.

That my fellow SYDsters is the best of news.
Kris
