No. I said that LGND's price would pop yesterday, which it did. I did not say how long the pop would last, and it did last less than I expected. However, although trading was light when CNBC reported that LGND was trading at 14 on Instinet yesterday morning, most readers of this board would consider a move from 11 11/16 to 14 as a "pop".

Since CNBC said VOLUME was light, I would assume that the VOLUME represented trades. Although trading before or after the open are not reflected in a stock's high or low, the volume after the close is recorded into the closing volume, and these are REAL trades.

Although some quotes may not be associated with actual trades, I believe that the light volume at $14 yesterday morning were real trades. On Island it was very easy to see sell orders disappear as the pre-open price moved lower and overlapped the sell price.
