So the QuePasa.com NetZero deal was pulled off. Now, that's four million subscribers (2M from NZRO plus 2M from PASA), plus a couple more million likely to be announced after the first wave of NZRO's national signup campaign. That'll get NZRO close to six million subscribers. Now, how much does AOL pay for each subscriber?

Hey, this has to count for something, don't ya think?

Anyway, with a base of four to six million eyeballs, if NZRO then makes a deal with one of the four to six million subscriber companies, and suddenly there's a new monster staring AOL in the face. It really be that simple. For example, what if Yahoo/K-Mart combine forces with NZRO/PASA? I'd certainly think K-Mart would appeal to the PASA demographics, wouldn't you think so?

Whatever, more to come. For me anyway, it's nice to see the issues for criticism knocked off one by one. Soon the NZRO critics themselves will be sitting ducks--LOL!
