I know with Avery labels - you go into
the menu item "Tools" and then "Envelopes
and Lables". Go into "Options" and select
your type. Never did Rolodex though...

Check the box and see if it has an Avery
Format number on it that you can use....

/g

If you don't have the Avery wizard in your Word97

You can get it off Cnet. Pretty cool. I have used it before

download.cnet.com

Have you put the names into a database or a cardfile? I use lotus approach and could setup a blank database for you if you tell me what fields you want for data entry (name, address, phone, email). Many other programs are available. When you go to print you can use the program you entered the data into and use the printer setup where you will should find different paper size options. Many do have the avery numbers for odd sized paper and some will allow you to enter the deminisions of your rolodex paper.
