Penang Paul,

Why don't you sell your holding if you are so negative? If you believe the big guys are not buying into the Athlon, why are you chasing it at $26+?

Paul - RE: "And I'll bet these same factories are STAYING OPEN shipping all those 750 MHz AthWIPERS !

Let's see - Compaq announced one and....and....and....who else beside CyberSmasher announced one ?"

YOU're talking down Athlon 750 availability two weeks after launch?

Do you remember how there were ZERO FLOPPERMINE PCs on store shelves for sale two weeks after its launch???

Do you remember that people called Dell and were told733s weren't going to be ready for a few weeks or so?

Do you remember that IBM, as of about a little over a week ago, hasn't shipped one FLOPPERMINE PC?

Do you remember how there were ZERO FLOPPERMINEs for sale at Pricewatch two weeks after launch?

Let's see how many FLOPPERMINE 750 and 800MHZ PCs are on store shelves on Monday, if Intel decides to announce those chips.
