The grub competition here can get pretty tough sometimes.

As for FORTY, beware valuation of companies that hold large shares in fast-rising subsidiaries. I have seen most have their stakes deeply, deeply discounted compared to the parent company's total market cap.

Not sure why but they are never priced by investors at full face value. Presumably it is a tax issue, along with the parent's ability to monetize so much stock at the current market price.

I bought FORTY primarily as an operating company myself. Their performance also illustrates quality management, the best investment there is.
