(Nasdaq: CYMI - news), the world's leading supplier of illumination sources essential for deep ultraviolet (DUV) photolithography, today announced that two leading dynamic random access memory (DRAM) manufacturers and Taiwanese foundries have successfully installed over 70 of Cymer's ELS-5005 upgrade kits on its ELS-5000 248 nm lasers currently in production. This milestone illustrates the continued market acceptance of the ELS-5005 upgrade kit from chipmakers around the world.
