Hmmmm CNQR is 5% of my portfolio. But I liked the content of all the press releases. They are making deals and are aggressive. Will now hold no matter what. IMHO.

ASDS as a nice concept. Not sure how big it will end up. Although Texans like it big ... Similarly SQST is in a good niche. We will know in a year or two.

For ECG, normal TSE listed companies (like ECG) must have audited reports. So what you saw was audited. All the past news are available via www.carsononline.com. Not seen the NASDAQ submission yet.

Did some biotech research today (mining smarter people comments on SI) and some DD and came up with 2 good looking emerging biotechs: ARDM @ 8 1/4, 15M sh. out, some interesting products in late phase trials and TTP at 18 1/2, 15M sh out with a drug on schizophrenia in phase III and one on Parkinson in Phase I/II. These are all pre-FDA approval and a couple of years from market but should provide superior returns over the long term. I like biotechs when markets are uncertain. They have a mind of their own. FWIW.

Later ...

ECG.TO looks interesting. I don't know what SEC filings a foreign company needs to make when they seek listing on NASD. They do have financial statements on their website, though I don't know if they are audited. I note they are carrying a lot of goodwill in their assets.
envoygrp.com

Their related websites are interesting, though I'd benefit from a T1 connection.
