Bloomberg can't stop singing the ORCL song this morning. She's up 8+ in Europe. They're saying ORCL will lift the nasdaq this morning. As Kramer (Seinfeld) said "GIDDYUP"

I put the words railroad and mania into the metacrawler search engine. This gave me the phrase "panic of 1873" which I then ran a search on.
