Duker, Understand your analysis. Respectfully disagree with some points, such as the status of Prism, and your buyout price formulation which I think needs a little work. Don't see a super drop today, but then again, if you and a couple of your buddies sell, there goes the average daily volume. :~) I personally am hanging until the cycle kicks in. Any analysis prior to is relatively too speculative, absent for the ability to surive > 4Q at least. CFM will survive till the upswing and at that point, generally, the tide rises all boats.
