The options that are best to trade are the options on the futures contracts.....IMHO I would never buy an option, only sell them in a covered call situation or when it becomes more and more 'obvious' that the market has run up against heavy resistance... here, the March has failed in their rally attempts and a short futures options position would be called for until the remaining supports failed... here, it looks like it may have failed..... BTW, there are a number of more articulate trading strategies than just a long or short position in these markets... I'm sure you know that already anyhow.....<g> My Best... GZ
