Morning Ga Bard,

Been a while. Wondering if you can help me out on this one. SEVU"E" is one of Meyers picks and trying to determine if de-listing is on the way even if the SEC forms/numbers are submitted before the probation period is over. From what I hear, if the company is just late of getting the numbers to the SEC, meaning they have sent the appropriate forms/numbers to the SEC before, then the "E" comes right off. However, if this is the companies first time getting the forms/numbers in then look for a de-listing and possible re-listing in 30- 90 days.

Looking at www.freeEDGAR.com SEVU"E" has submitted these forms in the past:

S-8 Registration Statement 10/5/99
8-K/A Amended Current Report 4/15/99 17
8-K Current Report 4/8/99 46
S-8 Registration Statement 4/8/99 11
10-K405 Annual Report 3/22/99 77
10-Q Quarterly Report 10/28/98 23
10-Q Quarterly Report 7/14/98 23
10-Q Quarterly Report 4/29/98 24
10-K405 Annual Report 3/30/98 75
10-Q Quarterly Report 11/12/97 23
10-Q Quarterly Report 8/12/97 23
10-K405 Annual Report 5/27/97 73
10-Q Quarterly Report 5/14/97 23
8-K Current Report 5/7/97 6
8-K Current Report 5/1/97 3
10-Q Quarterly Report 11/13/96 23
10-Q/A Amended Quarterly Report 11/12/96 5
10-Q Quarterly Report 8/8/96 21

From these forms, are you able to tell me if they will lose "E" if forms/numbers are submitted on-time? I am expecting to see them late this week.

Thanks

Chris

Might be some nice bounce opportunities for SBAS and PASA.

I'm just watching, but I thought I'd pass it along.

Edit: Welllll, maybe not on PASA.
