Integral Receives Initial $180,000 GPS and LEOS Antenna Order
BELLINGHAM, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 1999--Integral Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC BB:ITKG) subsidiary, NextAntennas.com, Inc. (NEXT) has secured a $180,000 purchase order (including a 35% deposit) for its recently announced GPS/LEOS antenna, from ARINC Inc. (ARINC) (http://www.arinc.com).
ARINC develops and operates communications and processing systems for the aviation and transportation industries and provides engineering and integration solutions to the government and industry. Founded in 1929, they provide reliable and efficient radio communications for the airlines.

ARINC is a $400 million company headquartered in Annapolis, Md., U.S.A., with over 2,600 employees worldwide.

Under this initial purchase order, NEXT is to deliver by Jan. 15, 2000, its GPS/LEOS antennas to ARINC's Dominium division (http://dominium.com), as the antenna of choice for use in ARINC's Dominium Tracker technology.

This tracking system, using the ORBCOMM (http://www.orbcomm.com) satellite network and GPS -- the Global Positioning System -- can quickly and accurately pinpoint the location of any mobile asset. This self-contained and self-powered rugged tracking unit is small enough to be concealed and still report its position at scheduled times or on request at any hour of the day.

ARINC initially tested a prototype of NEXT's GPS/LEOS antenna in November 1999, and found that it met their requirements. Upon the successful testing of a sample number of antennas delivered under this initial purchase order, it is anticipated from discussions with ARINC that they will issue subsequent purchase orders, approximating $500,000 to NEXT in January 2000.

NEXT's "GPS/LEOS" antenna, as the name indicates is a dual purpose antenna. The "GPS" antenna is used in radio receivers on the ground to receive 1.5 GHz signals from Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) orbiting the earth. The "LEOS" antenna is used for the VHF function in radio transmitters/receivers on the ground, to transmit/receive signals in the 145 MHz frequency range to Low Earth Orbit Satellites, orbiting the earth at an approximate altitude of 450 miles.

Jack Parsons, a director of Integral, said in a statement, "The technological merits of this new GPS/LEOS antenna as evidenced by this purchase order from ARINC, is a tribute to the creativity and ingenuity of the antenna development team at NEXT. The development team has spent long arduous hours over the past several months developing this new patent pending antenna."

In a recent study prepared by Forward Concepts (http://www.forwardconcepts.com), of Tempe, Ariz., it was estimated that the worldwide market for mobile asset tracking systems could exceed $3.4 billion over the next four years.

Integral, which is presently not a reporting company, has filed its Form 10, which includes audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended June 30, 1999, and unaudited consolidated financial statements for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 1999, with the Securities and Exchange Commission and awaits a response. Chief, I do not own shares in ITKG anymore, however, I just wanted to say I think this a quality company. I owned shares, and made money on them over a year ago. I am still on the company fax list, and have noticed a lot of faxes lately :-) Things must be improving. I used to know the shareholder relations guy (I can't remember his name now) pretty well. I know he had some medical problems and was gone for a bit, so I don't know if he returned. Anyway, he seemed to be a stand-up guy (and I have talked to a number of PR guys that I can tell are not), and I think the company is too. Nice to see them rebound like this.

Good luck here, I hope they and you do well.
