THE SHOW MUST GO ON! (transcript)

Slider loves me. He really does! >LOL<

Slider: “ I love you man I really do; but - FGH for you has taken a precedence over eating, sleeping and breathing of late. ”

The heavy posters on SI “Strictly Drilling” are:

Comment: The above message count on SI appears to indicate that I have at least 3 times the number of hours to relax, eat, sleep and breathe than YOU do. If I am obsessed, what selection of words may I use to describe your mental illnesses? Suggested answers: Advanced paranoia-psychosis with occasional manifestations of grand delusions; not to mention psychotic multiple personality/schitzophrenic syndrome characterized by the use of multiple aliases on YAHOO message boards. >VBG<

Sarge; “no one is newly shorting FGH here - few if any. The "shorts" that are still short FGH are hedging major long positions in "my opinion." My opinion is not unique either. If I am correct in my "opinion" that is great news for FGH holders; because there is no new shorting pressure and their is a smaller tradeable float.”

Comment: I haven't posted, suggested or even thought there was new shorting. I have posted that shorting has been reduced over 1 million shares in the past 5 weeks, which is just the reverse of what you just stated. I have known shorts are covering and I have posted the numbers to prove it. Contrary to many of the comments attributed to me, I don't hate short sellers because I admire anyone with the guts and ability to make money in the stock market. However, the thing I abhor about short sellers are the countless unconfirmed rumors, hype and other destructive (often vulgar) tactics they employ in their obvious, amateurish attempts to disrupt a message board and smear their targets (company or other posters). It is rare to see a short seller post a link to support or confirm their frivolous claims.

Sarge; “seriously - you are punching at shadows - people that do not exist.”

Comment: Even I can't believe you said that. Some of these posters are on these message boards 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Continuous Posts by YOU (or your aliases)on numerous message boards provides irrefutable PROOF that the group which I euphemistically refer to as the Boiler Room cretins are present and destructive.

Sarge; “Your life is revolving around one stock, one company. I am not even going to needle you further; because even I underestimated the obsession you have here.”

Comment: The only obsession I have with FGH are any other company in which I am heavily invested is too make
damn sure that the unconfirmed rumors, hype, misinformation, and disinformation that you and your ilk attempt to spread - does NOT go unchallenged. You are certainly no dumb ass and you are most certainly aware that Small Cap companies with little liquidity are subject to rapid and marked changes in price by just a ‘minute' change in investor sentiment. Companies like FGH are particularly susceptible to ‘SCARE' campaigns during periods
of uncertainty generated by lawsuits, mergers, lengthy absences of consolidated verifiable fundamental information,
high percentage of short positions and last but not least – EOY tax selling. Incidentally, I agree the huge short positions which have been hanging over this company for well over a year consists primarily of hedging (insurance for profitable long positions) and I have posted this probability on more than one occasion.

Sarge; “Relax; all that is happening with FGH presently, is very simply more people want to take the tax loss than those who want to buy - period.”

Comment: I have made that same statement repeatedly and you know it. So why do you suggest it hasn't occurred to me? The answer of course is more sniping by innuendo to weaken credibility.

“This will end soon and you will make money. I was serious about my margin comments and you really are doing a diservice in your zealousness as you are ignoring reality - but, that is another subject all together.”

Comment: I already know that I am going to make more money. A helluva lot of it. My zeal in defending the Company is the one TOOL I have to make damn sure people like you don't screw up my investment. I do not “ignore reality” (another jibe that attacks credibility by innuendo). I suspect you read post #1217 by ‘onlyoil' which preceded your post by 12 minutes. I suggest it was his post that prompted this most recent diatribe to which I am responding. I invite ‘onlyoil' to provide his assessment of your posts. As stated many times (and I am sure you are aware), I DO NOT and HAVE NEVER used MARGIN. But, you keep posting that I do. One of us is lying!
I'll leave it to others to decide WHO. Again, this was an attack that goes to believability and credibility and NOT even followed by >VBG<. I'm surprised. >g<

Sarge - no one is "targeting" you, or FGH. A certain number of people are going to dump that held from $12-$15 at $10, then more at $8, then more at $7 - and I am sure more will buy than will sell as it finds support and turns with the rest of the OSX here shortly.

Comment: Those statements are not even half lies (which you are so good at), they are bald face prevarications. The only reason you're here is because I challenge you on SI and according to my Private Mail, a helluva lot of people agree with me.

Slider; “Relax; there isn't anyone doing battle with you; certainly not me”

Comment: I WOULDN'T call the exchanges we have engaged in over the past couple of years a friendly, sociable tete a tete! Of course, you have the right to call it anything you want to. >g< (Note: Admittedly some of the exchanges were for comic appeal on an otherwise dull day.) >bg<

Sarge; “good luck; seriously - if anyone with a clue to life wants to short a stock - they sure as hell are not going to waste their time with FGH - trust me; FGH would be about 1,345 names down the list after all the iNet & Tech stocks that have led the NASDQ run.”

Comment: Again, I haven't suggested anyone is shorting the stock at this level. It would be pure idiocy to do so at this juncture. Another example of your attempts to persuade others that I must be off my rocker by attributing statements to me that I DID NOT MAKE.

Slider; “So your answer to "paranoid, or phrophet ?" is definitely - paranoid.”

Comment: I noticed you spelled paranoid correctly and corrupted prophet. Must have been a freudian slip. >VBG<

Slider; “good luck - honestly. I am mainly here to see the SargeK show... that's all - you're like Don Rickels in Vegas; after all these years I just assumed you enjoyed the hecklers and that was part of your act (VBG) ?!?!?!
relax you ole' fart”

Comment: I have enjoyed many of the hecklers, especially the part where I put them back in their cages! >LOL<

ROLL ‘EM! >VBG<

Slider:

Your 8:49 post was right on the money. Crude still is very cheap when adjusted for inflation. And energy accounts for a considerably smaller share of GDP than it did in the 1970s -- further reducing the impact of higher oil prices on economic growth and inflation. Crude would have to go to $100 to have the same impact on inflation and growth that it did in the 1970s.
