Hmm... I see this as negative if HUMC tries to acquire Open Text.. It will be too expensive a deal and I don't think the markets will like it either. Their secondary bought deal came as a bit of a surprise but not too concern since it shores up the balance sheet but this me don't like... As I posted in another message, I did take a position yesterday on ECG after the news release on nasdaq listing and doing a quick dd.. So it is comforting to know that it is one of your core holdings... What are your expectations ??
