Matt, re:Merril, i just wanted to say that i am beginning to buy heavily into beaten down REITs and other high yielders. i believe once tax loss selling is over, and once the bubble stocks come down, money will move into the high yielding sectors. just imo... regards, hb PS: it is incredible how low the p/e's and how high the yields of some perfectly sound and growing businesses have gotten in the wake of the tech mania. this is presents us with a great opportunity imo.
