Although it might actually happen, it is pure speculation at this point. Whoever wrote that is using last week's press release in a warped, self-serving way.

The facts remain that NXRA's venture arm, NextNet, is on a level where they can work with the likes of CMGI & Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures. This adds boatloads of credibility to the company, and their operations.
