I agree with the others that LGND's price did NOT pop yesterday, despite your attempts to use nonrelevant instinet data. On the "real" exchange where I trade, I could not begin to approach $14 yesterday if I wished to sell. So, I bought some more instead! <g>

I think LGND deserved to pop on the news, but you have indeed stretched your credibility to insist it did, IMHO.

best,

Paul

OFF TOPIC:

Dr. Niman, you might want to wear 2 pairs of pants today. Folks at Lake Ligand are a bit cranky, and seems a few would like to chew on something ;- ).

IMHO, you were technically right with the outcome of your pop prediction. It did pop, but the pop just pooped quickly. For the record, I was one of the weak hands who bolted at the gate yesterday. I was not disappointed with the approval, but more so with some of the statements that followed. I hope to get an op to buy back significantly cheaper than 11 9/16.

Also IMHO, more suspect than your credibility over a few shares traded at a level, is the stink stirred about your credibility. I certainly don't blame you for no longer sharing the VAST information you once did on this thread. To a great extent, this thread dried up when you gave up. Maybe that is what the majority wanted???

Regards,
Greg
