I would have to say they they are "customer service" oriented!

Last summer I bought the Dynamic Server for Linux and the RDS CD was unreadable. I called the customer service 800 number and they said they would order a new CD, verify that it was readable and overnight it to me. And they did! The new CD took about a week to get but it was readable, it was sent overnight and they even included a padded envelope to return the bad CD! Not only that, but yesterday I got a call asking what I thought about how it was all handled. So, based on my experience, I would say they are doing the right things.

Found.com may be the start of the real transformation of this company, from a narrow focus to a more diversified enterprise. The only thing that will help this companys stock price is new revenue streams!
