If anybody knows about litigator's tactics, it's you, Neocon. Remember guileless Paula Jones and her straightforward litigators? To think anything else would be "guilt by association". Lumping environmentalists, Al Gore, and the Unabomber all together is something else entirely, of course. So, one side cites research, and the other side has the "research is bunk" argument, along with the "A few studies suggest that when used appropriately, spanking makes small children less likely to fight with others and more likely to obey their parents. " line from a USNews article, and which side is engaging in litigator's tactics? Not to offend your tender sensibilities with "dreadful insinuation" or anything.
