Jeff, I think the new Personal Video Channel feature can definitely be a direct money-maker for both the MSOs and CCUR. If desired, the MSOs could potentially charge a very nominal amount per usage (like say 50 cents, similar to dialing Information with the phone company). Another billing option could be storage-related: everybody gets a free limited allotment of space/time to use for their personally recorded content, and then the MSO could "rent" space over and above that (similar to how free website services work). Since the whole system and PVC management would be automated, most of that incremental income would fall to the bottom line. CCUR of course would generate more revenue by selling more VOD servers as well as more storage space for the personal content. As for what announcements which are not a surprise [to us] would do, I'm always trying to keep in mind how close we are to this stock. Do you not think a joint announcement along the lines of, "Time Warner and Concurrent Computer Corporation Announce Immediate Rollout of Video-on-Demand Services to Paying Subscribers in Multiple Cities" (along with associated press coverage) would goose the stock? We know it's pretty much a done deal, but the rest of the world doesn't... yet. Also, those Prasara releases yesterday were not widely disseminated - no one really seems to know about them (press, etc). They are not a public company so the only reason I received them was because I have my AOL News Profiles trained to send me anything and everything in the world that contains the words "Concurrent Computer"! I agree that CCUR is a clear leader in the space, and (IMO) a secondary or VOD IPO would be received positively.
