yep...their shares outstanding increased by 20 million btw. that's where the money went. like Buffet says, if option grants are not an expense, then what are they? and if they are an expense, why should they not be charged against earnings? (not verbatim). answer: because the bubble spin machine has made meeting or beating the quarterly estimate a holy grail, to the detriment of everything else.... it's going to be fine as long as the mania continues and nobody feels any harm...but the imbalances are building up more and more. hb
