It means to watch your positions. Remember the NYSE BP is at the 40% level not the 70% level. This means the risk of a reversal down here is far less than that at the higher level. Still, you must watch your stocks. If they break down and you want them long term, through some insurance on them. If they are trades, take the profits and wait for the short term indicators to turn up to start trading long again. Well, you don't have to wait - just make sure everything is on pullbacks before entering, the RS is strong and the trend chart is positive.

No need to run and hide just make sure you have an umbrella.
