Hi Teevee. LMAO. Wouldn't that be a scream. SA should simply legislate that Anglo has a right of first refusal on all new mining opportunities if what you are postulating actually comes to pass. Too funny. Seriously , I would attribute the delay to the usual bureaucratic process. But , if Gull reappears on this thread... <ggg>.
