Gene, I have heard it was pricey out there but looking at the pictures blows my mind -truly absurd. If I ran a tech company I would relocate you could pay less to employees and they would still have a higher standard of living. Even the most expensive towns in Westchester,Nassau Counties, NY and Fairfield County ,CT offer more value by a substantial margin in terms of sq. footage and land. Most $1 million homes give you two acres of land unless you are waterfront. When the tech bubble bursts a lot of people are going to turn over the keys to the bank. I am not that familiar with California but I wonder why not move somewhere else in CA - it has to be a little better. Mike
