Its a shame that taxes control our trading. TYC is really low at this time. The time to buy is when the stock is low and sell at a high. Still long. Averaged down still in the red however have high hopes after the first of the year.

What a mistake to sell your TYC. Are you aware of of the analysts statements about the free cash flow that has continued. Impossible to "cook the books" and have so much cash flowing through TYCO. Plus their businesses are leaders in their fields and management is wonderful, they cut costs, instituted streamlining and boosted margins. I guess you can get back in in 30 days according to the "wash sale" rule, however, I hope you will like the stock in the 70's, because that's where it will be.
