PFIZER INC confirmed late Tuesday it plans to file documents
with the SEC this week aimed at ousting WARNER LAMBERT's board of
directors as part of its proposed $71 billion takeover effort.
Sources familiar with the situation said the filing could be made
as soon as Wednesday. Pfizer had previously said it planned to
file the papers before Christmas. Pfizer has said it would propose

Brian. Darn. I can't believe Msft could not get in touch with me. But I know I was out of reach for the last 2 days and I just saw what happened. Maybe I should have contacted them before we went visiting friends. Oh, lonesome me. gg. I tried to play the smart game. Somehow it very seldom works when it comes to Msft.

I also did not pick up more Intel.

I do still have all my internets that plunged the last cpl of days.

Remind me not to bum around with friends too long that don't own a cpt or don't like to watch a stock channel. gg. And, like I wrote before, the stock market ends at 1 pm in Seattle. How can you get in on the action that way?

Better read all my other messages. 6 in the morning comes around fast. I think I pay attention tomorrow.
