Not sure if this was already posted, but it's definitely good news for ATY longs:

Shakeup as funds switch index allegiance

Paul Bagnell
Financial Post

A radical restructuring of indexed mutual funds expected in the new
year is creating buying opportunities for investors, a Bay Street
strategist says.

As the new Standard & Poor's/ Toronto Stock Exchange 60 index
gains prominence, managers of funds linked to the TSE's two
large-cap indexes -- the TSE 35 and the TSE 100 -- are expected
to reorient their funds to the S&P/TSE 60.

In a recent report, Garry Cooper, a market strategy expert at
Bunting Warburg Dillon Read Inc., says the shift to the new index
will mean significant demand for some stocks, and selling pressure
on others.

According to Mr. Cooper, the three most heavily purchased stocks
will be Gulf Canada Resources Ltd. (GOU/TSE), ATI
Technologies Inc. (ATY/TSE) and Nortel Networks Corp.
(NT/TSE).
