"NO no no, MSFT is not close to an agreement with the DOJ.
We don't want to settle. We want to ground the DOJ into submission and expose their deceit."

As an AOL stockholder, I agree with that. Letting this battle take its usual time in the courts should mean a nice and healthy gain for at least 3-5 yrs for AOL, while the street continues with its belief that the MSFT giant has been slammed by the DOJ. In the meantime, let's let Case buy up hundreds of more tiny companies, on our way to becoming an even bigger internet giant than we already are...By the time MSFT gets out on parole, they'll be seeing a whole new world out there...they may not even know how to deal with it.

Brian, do you want us to make money or expose the stupidity
of DOJ? From what I understand it maybe better to settle this case and go ahead! What will be the alternative? hundereds of law suits, and the stock going where the Phillip Morris has gone! Not very convinient!
