Well. we're talking a valuation about double the current price, w/o accounting for the dilution; with 13% dilution, we're at something like 100!!!!!
And, if you assume MSFT got a great deal, value should be higher still!!!

OT:Paul, I'm much less certain about that someone else--especially given the cheerleading crowd who buy BB stocks on credit cards, though yesterday was a nice day.

Don't know where it will open. More dilution could move it down. On the other hand, investment by MSFT should kick it up maybe 10 %. We'll see.
