I just picked up some more CS at 24 5/8 and 24 3/8; and some VDIM at 12 1/4 and 12 1/2.

It's OK for both of these to start the move up now!

Tim re: 40-50 target. If my calculations are correct a 40.00 offer would be 7.2 Billion which would only be 5.2 times trailing twelve month sales. Haven't we seen some deals recently priced over 10 times sales? 40-50 seems right in line.
