The Clowns are always helping. The checks just keep comming, the fare always does either welfare or bozofare. Did you see the Bozo the Clown shows? Makes one think of WELL. Think Bozos. Invest the differance in High TECH. ChuckaPartially Invested. ( Or should I say some other vested. )

CL, the only, I tried to convert my warrants today, but my broker told me that the warrants weren't registered. I called Dale and he told me he had learned that since the merger has already occurred, it's the new company that must do the SEC registration, not the old. That work is now underway, but it could take a couple of months to be completed. Dale expects registration to be completed before the $1 special conversion expires in March. I thanked him for the dividend.
