I dunno, but it's interesting to check the news links on SI.

The way I read these stories is that major "customers" (plural) were announced in March ordering 1.9 million units. Later, production was held up assertedly because a "customer" (singular) had new or tighter QC demands, all of which could just as easily mean the company wasn't manufacturing to specs. Now POCI essentially is claiming production QC has passed muster with the "customer."

Same "customer"? Same old contract? Well, the numbers of units remains the same, 1.9 million, from March to today.

If I'm right, this is a classic spin of a bad story, turning rotten production and a nine month delay into something that looks like a new order. If I'm wrong, then POCI's PR is way too cute and ambiguous for its own good.

Just a guess on looking for the "major customer".

Harmonic (HLIT) developed DWDM so you might start with them.
