regarding the Department of Justice vs. Microsoft, it reminds me a bit of the time when the Department of Justice decided to go after AT&T (or whatever it was called back then). The government spent billions (?) Making a case for themselves. This resultant breakup now allowed these newly formed baby Bells now became free to develop new markets where they were not permitted to do so before the breakup because of monopolistic restrictions. Perhaps, this may end up being the same case with Microsoft. Now why the hell am I up so late <g>. best regards, David
