Charley, I'm not trying to make a big deal out of this since it relates more toward form over substance. Russell has certainly proven that he can provides the earnings and revenue momentum we expect from a CEO (and $7 million being applied directly to the bottom line as a result of the Hasbro partnership displays that. It will add significantly to EPS next quarter). But unfortunately I think Russell isn't given nearly the respect he deserves because of his youthful looks. I have the same problem, easily being mistaken for someone under 30 even though I'm 35 (it isn't the age... it's the mileage that matters.. :0). All I was saying is that sometimes you have to be all things to all men, especially when you expect them to invest their capital into your company. That means looking more like a Microserf techno-geek in a polo shirt and khakis, than a GQ male model. In addition, handsome good looks in men, or women, are negatively biased by the public in general, who, I believe, perceive that beauty is often not compatible with brains. You and I might know that isn't true, but I think the bias still exists. All I was suggesting in my comments (and I knew I probably would generate some flack, especially from the ladies here.. :0), is that toning down the stylish looks and maintain his extraordinarily well-honed command of his business strategy, might help to quash some of the undeserved comments about Russell's age or boyish looks from the money managers. I'm just frankly sick that some of these companies with lower profit margins or growth are capturing more limelight than GNET. Anything that distracts from institutional managers paying attention to Russell's outstanding managerial performance should be re-evaluated. Again, just my opinion.. and I hope my comments are taken with the objectivity in which I state them. Regards, Ron
