HB,

Here are some taxables whose dividends are all over 10% and getting better every day. Some are convertible and some high yield. PCF, PIM, PPT, KMM, and MFV. I van't tell how low the prices have to go before dividends come into question, but they've all had fairly stable dividends for years. Hope this helps. Also the following web address gives lots of info on closed end funds.
