Don, Sounds to me like you upset because Yo_Glenn and Alex are right and you are wrong! It's ok to be wrong... you just have to learn to admit it when you are, and I know that would be extremely difficult for you. Furthermore seems to me that you should be the one calling MSFT. I've already heard from the experts here.
