My partner claims that Q is in Quiet by: efficient_frontiers 12/15/1999 1:35 pm EST Msg: 69787 of 69798 period until the special meeting, therefore any new deals can only be announced after the conclusion of biz on 12/20. Another analyst commented today (privately) that Q would set a new record of jumping 100+ points on a specific date
