Taken in the black-and-white of the news item, could this also have a rather chilling affect on the private financing market. Will every guest book at every biotech have a CDA and stand-still agreement at the top of the page?

Thanks Peter,
I think the rule clarifications are good. The whole idea of institutional investor only calls has struck me as unfair. With the internet there is no longer an excuse to not allow any investor who wants to to listen in on a company sponsored call. On the other hand, company's will be much more circumspect regarding what they say at HQ and other conferences.
I agree about Vcall. If it was public it would have doubled today.
