Another new phone.....

Just for the record....I read the press release the same way Bux did. I would love for them to be CDMA enabled notebooks but I couldnt find anything that actually came out and said it.

it has begun shipping its new CDM-3300, a high-tech, clamshell-style handset that supports the CDMA 800

Let me speculate on what this laptop is. As I understand it, currently if you have a handset, you have to buy a special thing to connect it to a laptop that is fairly expensive. Maybe, by making the laptop cdmaOne ready, it's a special connection with a hardware switch or converter (not a chip) that allows the phone to be plugged in with a wire that is not so complicated (and cheaper) than the ones necessary now? Any thoughts?
