My big "mistake" turned out to be tax holding. I had $12,000 gains in ANF and UIS. Trimmed some UIS (down and a bargain today by the way) but held ANF. Ooops. Oh well, I'm getting my courage back. Looking at some bargains now. So I blew it a few times. Time to get back into the saddle. This end of the year voltility is just a little maddening. At this point in time the market will always surprise us. But if we stick to our guns and hang in there we should be fine. On the other hand, the hell with tax holding from now on. COuld have traded these stocks 3-4 times instead of seeing my paper profit disintegrate.
