Eric - Well, that's three, maybe I'd better call my guy and see if the deal is really done <gg>... I suspect that when everything clears that you will see some sales at 6 1/2 and 6 3/8 and some in the upper 6's. There was a whole lot of action on those today, more than 10,000 contracts changed hands I think.

If it gets to 68 it will trade as low as 64 on the intraday. :)

Actually Eric, today is probably a good day to buy back covered calls as I am trying to do . Missed out during the morning slide and now the MM refuses to give it to me between the bid ask. I have the Jan 70 puts long for any further weakness. Alok

Eric - Well, after the round of comments from the thread, I finally got confirmation from my broker - it was 50 of the SUXAV Jan 72.5 that he got at 6 5/8... I think I shook his confidence a little, I said "there's a guy who says he is looking at all the transactions and he can't see the 6 3/8, he can't see the 6 5/8, he can't see anything under 7 1/8", he says "I'm looking right at it, that guy must be smoking dope...". We finally figured out that we were talking about different options. He didn't fill any of the SUXAN. I also had him looking for SUXDN Apr 70s if they got under 11, or SUXDV Apr 72.5's if under 10... none of those filled either. On LEAPs I was shopping for small quantities - 10 or 20 contracts - ZJXAO Jan '01 75s if under 18, ZJXAW 77.5s if under 17, ZJXAP if under 16. He tried for the ZJXAO at 18 but didn't fill, everything was starting back up so he did the ZJXAP slightly above the target.
