Intel Investors - Morgan Stanley's Mark Edelstone Just Raised his Q499 estimates on Intel's earning from $0.62 to $0.64/share !

In other words, he is going OPPOSITE to the recent bashing that Joe Osha (Merrill Lynch), Jonathan Joseph (Salomon Smith Blarney) and Hans Mosesmann (Prudential) put into the nervous nellies.

His comments are that Intel will actually do better than most analysts expect THIS CURRENT QUARTER.

Edelstone made these comments in a presentation on many semiconductor companies, in which he upgraded MANY - Xilinx, ALtera, MicroChip, LSI, Conextant, etc--- due to a very positive outlook for year 2000 and 2001 !!!!

Semiconductor Pricing Power was the theme of this presentation.
