Honestly Roger I'm not sure. But I have at time had NITE stock (wish I'd kept it) but they've got a big bankroll and finance much of their own sales and purchases.

It appears MVEE dumped a bunch of shares ealier this year (Aug. and Sept.) but I don't know if it continued.

Is MVEE still selling shares? (I don't think so because they're not pushing the PR's as they were in the summer and early fall)

Is NITE shorting the stock heavily to get back in on the way up?

Hmmmm.

NITE has been trading LARGE volumes and is currently on the ASK (i.e. keeping the price down).

Volume has decrease significantly in the last week or so and the price creeps up slowly. Accumulation? That's my guess.

Keep an eye on NITE, the volume and the price. Clearly the 95% drop in price in the last three months has demoralized the "troops."

I bought all the way down to 0.0031. Sold a few just to take the tax loss but my average is MUCH lower (including the losses) than it was earlier this year.

When a penny stock drops by a factor of 10 and the underlying business is still in tact, you just HAVE to be a buyer.

Nevertheless, it is going to be VERY interesting to see how many shares are really outstanding at this time.

good luck to all and later, leroyt
