There are times I think I should, too.
However......if we were really, truly, free...then it is unlikely Windows would've proliferated as it did.
See, I'm not really AGAINST MSFT per se. I'm against OEM agreements that lock particular software into hardware. That is, it's damn near impossible to get a computer without Windows loaded (well..not really...but with all the marketing and 'transferable technology' misinformation floating around...it'd be hard for a non-computer user to know any better), and up until a few years ago, you still paid for Windows whether you wanted it or not.
PLUS, MSFT should REALLY be tried under RICO laws and not so much anti-trust. I'm really in favor of MSFT being found guilty of certain restraint of trade laws - which are technically laws to prevent racketeering, but legal mumbo-jumbo is what it is.
