Cirrus, re Kryotech, I'd worry about things like thermal shock when going up/down in temperature, noise margin being compromised when chilled chips talk to non-chilled chips, condensation caused shorts, etc. Then, who knows where the blame gets placed. If I were an AMD stockholder, I'd worry about that blame possibly coming down on AMD, at least in part. OTOH, I'll bet Kryotech doesn't sell enough machines to make a tinker's damn, or however that saying goes.

Cringe, what you are seeing is the frequency guardband AMD has to build into Athlons because of hot electrons degrading the VTs. You think this is a great sign. I think it is a bad sign.
