I know Bill. You should bank there and tell me this. They suck. Last time I decided to drop of a check and get some cash from a real person it took me 45 minutes and that wasn't at an LA branch. You may like the financials, but the business end is going to suffer if they keep pissing away customers. Also, as near as I can tell all of the southern california branches have undergone a nifty remodel. Hope they know how to manage the cash. Just my thoughts Bill, V
